Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, physical activity and rest. Physical exercise enhances physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It strengthens the muscles and the cardiovascular system, increases athletic abilities, reduces weight, and is very enjoyable. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system and helps prevent heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, and obesity. It also has the potential of preventing depression, promoting positive self-esteem, improving mental health and increased libido.
Unfortunately, many people often over exert themselves when training and the result is soft (and sometimes severe) tissue injuries, such as:
